The fine print

Every plan includes the practice software connection, reminders, every kind of outreach, and telling patients which insurance you take, with a monthly allowance most offices never reach. Complete includes 300 real-time eligibility checks and Spanish; below it, checks are a $99 a month add-on with 300 included, and Spanish is $79 a month. Beyond the allowance, use is billed at $0.75 a conversation, $0.30 a call minute, and $0.50 an eligibility check, and you can watch the count on your billing page. Cancel from your Billing page inside 30 days of the first charge and it comes back in full.

Starting points are typical for a single-location practice; move the sliders to match yours. Voicemail callers rarely call back, they call the office down the street.
